A Globalist family stayed four nights around New Year shortly after the late 2024 opening, in two connecting rooms, a king and a two-queen, both bookable on points at the Category 6 rate of 21,000 to 29,000 per night. No upgrade outcome was reported. Globalist status brought free daily breakfast, provided as the Remington Hall buffet as a temporary fix while the Grand Club could not keep up, plus club lounge snack access, waived valet parking on the points stay and no resort fees on points. She loved the new hotel, game room and hot tubs, but found opening kinks throughout: the fifth-floor club lounge was inconsistently stocked and sometimes had no drinks but ice water for all four days, restaurant coffee and mugs ran out, and valet waits topped 30 minutes.

A lifetime Globalist booked three nights through Hyatt Prive at under $500 per night with a $100 property credit and used a suite upgrade award to confirm a Deer Valley Suite, then was moved up an additional category to the 1,315 sq ft Grand Suite, room 3002N. Prive also brought restaurant breakfast at Remington Hall, a buffet with an egg station, while Globalists otherwise were limited to breakfast in the pop-up Globalist Lounge, which also offered daytime snacks and an evening selection. An elaborate welcome amenity was waiting on the dining table. He praised the huge suite, friendly service and value versus other Deer Valley hotels charging over $2,000, but noted the hotel sits in a massive construction zone, is not ski-in ski-out with a 15 to 45 minute drive to Snow Park Lodge, and housekeeping missed details including leaving amenity plates stacked in the room.
