Disappointing that Globalist breakfast is in the new lounge instead of the restaurant. The lounge is pleasant, with OK food and friendly staff.

Warned ahead that suites were out for renovation. Comfortable bed, skyline views, an omelet station and smoked salmon at breakfast, and 4pm checkout.

Globalist breakfast moved to the 34th-floor English Bay Room during the restaurant's renovation. Much the same spread as before, with better views.

Two suite upgrades in roughly 7 to 10 stays, both connecting rooms with two full baths. Main gripe: tubs only, no walk-in showers.

Spent a 14-day COVID quarantine here in October 2020, better value than the Fairmont. Breakfast bags at the door, healthier on request.

Good, not great, with free parking and a good but limited Mosaic buffet. Only worth it as a Globalist on points, given the high rates.
