Staying one night in June 2013 for a family event at about $100, with the second night sold out, the reviewer was not upgraded to a suite, as this is one of the few Hyatts that does not permit suite upgrade awards, but he did receive a larger corner room with a river view on one of the top floors during a busy festival and convention weekend. The desk clerk waived his parking fee on learning of his top-tier status, and with no Regency Club the hotel covered a hot restaurant breakfast up to $35 per person, which stretched to cover a group of five eating $80 of food with nothing charged. He was impressed overall and said he would return, despite a small, basic bathroom. Status is recorded as unknown because the review uses the legacy Diamond tier name, which has no canonical slug.
