A seven-night stay was booked at $255 per night on a card offering the fourth night free, paired with a Hyatt suite upgrade to secure the Park Suite King. Arriving around midnight after storm-disrupted flights, the couple was told at check-in that they had been moved up further to a Park Executive Suite, the same layout plus a private plunge pool in an enclosed courtyard, welcome in heat above 90 degrees. Breakfast was included under the reviewer's Diamond status, mixing a buffet with a la carte Khmer and Western dishes, fruit and snacks were waiting in the suite, and staff learned their names and drink preferences. A laundry promotion at $35 for a large bag, against nearly $150 at normal prices, was also used. Status is recorded as unknown because the review uses the legacy Diamond tier name, which has no canonical slug. She called it one of the best Hyatt properties she had stayed in.
