RoomStandard room (cash, $25 plus tax per night after resort fee waived) → Renovated deluxe roomBreakfastÀ la carte only

Excellent value and a spacious room, but VIP check-in took over 30 minutes and vegan breakfast meant just potatoes and fruit. Would return.

  2. Dec 2024Status not stated

UpgradeBetter viewRoomhigh floor strip view room

Free-night certificates covered the pricey rodeo-weekend nights, and the room was quiet and clean despite a broken safe handle. Mediocre breakfast, great rooftop lounge view.

  3. Dec 2024Status not stated

    BreakfastÀ la carte only

Breakfast felt pared back: some signature items off limits, $7 extra for chicken on a cobb salad, a broken cappuccino machine, and slow, poor service.

    Source

  4. Dec 2024Globalist

Big, well-decorated room and handy free valet. Breakfast required the Globalist in person with ID, so a son on a different schedule couldn't go alone.

    Source

  5. Dec 2024Globalist

The Ipanema tower room was big and nicer than expected off the Strip. Casino smoke, far-off garages and a chaotic weekend breakfast were the downsides.

  6. Nov 2024Globalist

    BreakfastÀ la carte only

Pricier breakfast dishes were refused and small juices came instead of large, yet a supervisor said Globalists can order anything. No working heater either.

  7. Nov 2024Status not stated

    UpgradeNone

Final bill far below the rate shown when booking through Hyatt, for reasons never looked into. Otherwise as expected, in a good way.

    Source

  8. Oct 2024Status not stated

RoomKing Deluxe Renovated → large deluxe renovated room (connecting)

Disliked the connecting layout, with no other renovated room free. Large, clean and comfortable, fine for a cheap Vegas stay but not a special occasion.

    Source

  9. Oct 2024Globalist

    BreakfastÀ la carte only

Roomy, cheap rooms and a big breakfast burrito. The safe was broken the whole visit, even after a report, and the AC was very loud.

    Source

  10. Oct 2024Globalist

BreakfastFull: buffet and à la carte

A warning to other Globalists: the French toast came topped with an unpeeled grilled banana, and the waiter claimed that was intentional.

  11. Sep 2024Globalist

UpgradeOne-bedroom suite, offered without askingRoomstandard room → Renovated 1 Bedroom Suite 1 King Bed Premier (~1100 sq ft)

Waited from a 9am arrival rather than take an Ipanema room. The upgrade hit the app around 11am, confirmed at 2:30pm.

  12. Aug 2024Globalist

UpgradeOne-bedroom suite, offered without askingRoomstandard room on points → king executive suite (renovated)BreakfastRestaurant or F&B creditWelcome amenityGiven

First a big unrenovated panoramic suite, then a renovated executive suite after asking at VIP check-in. Heavy lobby construction, and breakfast cards covered the tip.

  13. Aug 2024Status not stated

UpgradeHigher room category, offered without askingRoomsub-$30 room → nicer room or suite (usually)

Status and elite nights worked fine over several visits. Kiosks kept failing, so even late at night it was the regular check-in line.

  14. Jun 2024Globalist

BreakfastFull: buffet and à la carte

Came back at night to a large cricket on the tissue box. The Globalist breakfast menu at Hash House is limited.

  15. Mar 2024Globalist

UpgradeBetter view, offered without askingRoomstandard room → view King renovated room

Kiosk check-in, a small fridge but no microwave. An easy Vegas stop for earning points.

  16. Mar 2024Status not stated

UpgradeHigher room category, offered without askingRoombase room (mattress run) → renovated room

VIP check-in with no questions asked. Perks favor gamblers, but the renovated rooms make even a quick mattress run worth it.

UpgradeOne-bedroom suite, offered without askingRoomRoom (type not specified in review) → Executive one-bedroom suite (over 1,000 sq ft)BreakfastFull: buffet and à la carteLate checkoutHonoured

4pm checkout on request, free parking and a VIP desk that knew the perks. The pool was closed and Masquerade Tower felt dated.

  2. Status not stated

UpgradeHigher room category, offered without askingRoombase room → updated room, Ipanema tower 1629 (2 beds)

Housekeeping dumped clean towels on the counter and left the trash overflowing. Stuffy room, uncomfortable mattress, no desk, but it worked for elite qualifying nights.

  3. Status not stated

UpgradeNoneRoombase roomBreakfastFull: buffet and à la carte

A 4/10 after two stays. Smoke and paint smells, rooms humid even with the AC at 60, a poor off-Strip location, disappointing breakfast.

  4. Globalist

UpgradeHigher room category, offered without askingRoomstandard King → renovated KingBreakfastFull: buffet and à la carte

At an 11am check-in, the kiosk assigned a renovated King, and a manager removed the resort fees. Fantastic value at weekday rates.
