A Globalist family of four stayed two nights during a spring cherry-blossom trip, booking two rooms at 18,000 points per room per night before a category change. The front desk thanked them for their Globalist status, confirmed their room choices and handed over four complimentary drink tickets at the bar; no upgrade outcome is mentioned in the review. Breakfast at Moss Cross Tokyo was included as Globalists and would otherwise have cost 3,600 yen per adult, with a buffet of Western and Japanese items. The standard room was spotless with a kitchenette and a washer-dryer whose combined cycle ran about four hours, and the family picked this hotel over the Hyatt Regency Tokyo for its Shibuya location.

A Globalist redeemed 48,000 points for three nights in November 2024, when the hotel was still a Category 4 and cash rates were around $580 per night. He received no room upgrade, in line with Hyatt House terms, but the hotel proactively offered a 4 p.m. late checkout he did not need and gave complimentary breakfast for two at Moss Cross Tokyo on the 16th floor, plus two drink vouchers for the H Bar at check-in. The 32 sq m lead-in King Bed room worked like a small apartment with a full kitchen and washer-dryer, though the assigned room had little view despite being on a higher floor, and he rated the stay excellent value on points.
